Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order and before the order processing begins. Once the order processing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds
No refunds are offered under any circumstances except in cases of:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Product not delivered due to non-serviceable address or logistical failure.
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
While we do not offer refunds, if a product arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@thedecantbar.com with photos or unboxing videos as proof. We may offer a replacement or credit after verification. The replacement will be delivered within 7 -10 working days. All the transactions are handled by The Decant Bar.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Delays caused by courier or customer unavailability.
- Customer dissatisfaction with product delivered.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must review and confirm all details before order approval. Once approved, order processing begins immediately and cannot be altered.
